Stupidly endurance-based

This year I’ve tried to set myself goals that stretch me in every aspect of my life. Maybe some are easier than others.

Some I’d like to do normally, and some will take concerted, consistent effort.

My physical goal for this year (and every year) is to do something endurance-based that seems stupid to most people.

There is a cycling race called Lotoja in Utah that goes from Logan to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, via a 200-ish mile route. I’d like to do that. And I’d like to do it in less than 10 hours, which is a pretty fast pace and comparable to pretty talented cyclists’ paces.

This will require daily work from now till then (8 September), and a bit of luck because the entry is a lottery.

But if you want to be part of my support crew, shoot me an email. I’ll definitely need some assistance.
