Building down time

I go.

I go hard.

And I don’t let up usually.

It’s one thing to the next to the next.

And if I have some spare time, I push another thing into the time.

I’m not healthy.

And that’s a habit (addiction?) I need to fix.

At the moment, I need to force down time. I need to let go and relax. I’ve been on “vacation” for the last 10 days and it’s been really nice.

I’m not at home, so I can’t go from work to another project.

And it’s been really good.

It’s been good to be around family to experience their down time habits and rituals. That way I can be reminded of what I could do to relax
