Paradoxes

I woke up this morning with the strangest feeling: “I don’t like scheduling. It puts me in a corner I don’t want to be in and I just want to rebel.”

Really weird feeling to have, considering the whole point of scheduling my life as much as I have is to free up my mind to make other choices better and with more thought.

So I had to remind myself of that.

And I will probably have to remind myself several more times.

The important part of what I’m doing is establishing consistency, and always having a plan. That can be draining, sometimes, yes. But it’s not as draining as never having a plan and having to gather all my mental resources to get myself to do something stupid, like choose foods to eat for lunch.
