Working on one thing at a time

Ideally I’m working on one thing at a time.

I started with my body—it too the least amount of brain power to set a plan to follow.

I’m decently attentive to the plan, but it certainly doesn’t take all my time. (How could it? My body needs time to recover and return to normalcy so I can work it out again.)

However, I know I’m not doing anything with my head. Maybe I should be.

But I don’t want to start another spiral of non-committal to a course of action. And starting on any course of action seems like it may not be so useful if it’s not the right course of action. (Paralysis by analysis?)

I certainly find myself lethargic. And this morning I realized it’s been so long since I’ve looked at anything more than five feet away that my eyes had trouble focusing on things in the distance.

So the one thing at a time approach may not quite be right.

Determining a plan, whether the “right” plan or not, may be the next step.
