A week is not a month is not a year, but having goals helps you make it so.
I rode a long way last night and 0530 came to quickly. Part of that came from leaving my pillow at family’s home, so I don’t have the normal support for my neck, and part of it is still getting used to the exercise.
But I have a morning routine, and I’m sticking to it. Next week I’ll implement a new part of it, so we’ll see how that goes, but I’m making progress in all the areas.
And that is enough for now.
