A tendency we have is to over-schedule. We do this to ourselves and our children. We do this especially when setting new goals and new aims.
Make time to relax. If you have to schedule time, do that. Relax, pray, meditate. Do what you must to retain your mental strength and composure.
Use every minute wisely, but recognize “wisely” may be relaxing with family, playing video games to let your brain calm down, or breathing deeply while stretching.
Protect that time most, and the rest of your time will be far more productive. Train yourself.
